I gave Dr Rausch and his staff 5 gold stars in each category. I have visited many other dentists over the years, but find him to be extremely personable and honest. Although I commute to Charleston for work each day, I like the convenience of taking off less than a couple of hours to drive to Dr Rausch's office in East Prairie for a teeth cleaning. The only change I had to get use to was his office does not schedule your 6 month follow up appt that same day. You receive a card with your appointment time in the mail. But it is always two weeks in advance. Unfortunately, my insurance has changed at work and his practice is no longer in network. So I'm going to refer him to Metlife because I really do not want to lose him as a dentist, considering I just found him. - Donna W.
